I live with my cat Beatrice in the north of Melbourne, where we enjoy taking naps. I write about Melbourne, books I've read, fanfic (including slash), comics, singing and opera, religion, politics, feminism (and other isms, including racism, classism and disablism,) queer stuff, mental health stuff, light verse, Classics, and if you're very unlucky, Care Bears and My Little Ponies. Sometimes I try to get more proficient with Unix. I'm longwinded, and I use parenthesis too much.
