Hmm.
I just synced my FitBit for the first time in two days. Apparently, that 16 hour stretch of sleep I had, trying to reset my sleep cycle? Only 9 hours of that was actually sleep. The rest was tossing and turning. A good four hours stretch of it I was completely awake, and I have no memory of that at all.
No wonder I felt lousy when I woke up.
Let's see what a more normal night is like.

The good part, though, is that unlike the sleep tracker app on my iPhone, you just press it when you go to bed, then press it again to turn the tracker off when you wake up. It doesn't require you to set an alarm, then stop working if you keep sleeping.
